ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline,
workload, and work environment on the performance of the Pekanbaru City
National Land Agency's employees. The population in this study were 50
employees at the Pekanbaru City BPN Office. The samples taken were all
employees or the entire population that was sampled in this study, namely 50 ASN
using the census method. The data used are primary data and secondary data.
data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis
used multiple linear regression. The results showed that. work discipline affects
employee performance, workload affects employee performance, work
environment affects employee performance and work discipline, workload, and
work environment simultaneously affects employee performance The magnitude of
the effect of work discipline, workload, and work environment on employee
performance amounted to 76.3%. While the remaining 23.7% is influenced by
other factors. unresearched
