Pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur (Sop), Pengalaman Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
One of the organizational resources that has an important role in achieving its goals is human resources. The success of a company is closely related to the quality of the performance of its employees, so the company is required to always develop and improve the performance of its employees. One of the factors that affect employee performance is Standard Operating Procedures, Work Experience and Work Environment. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Standard Operating Procedures, Work Experience and Work Environment have on Employee Performance. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Pekanbaru. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method. Based on the partial and simultaneous test, the results obtained that standard operating procedures, work experience and work environment affect employee performance. So that all hypotheses are accepted. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.650 or 65%, meaning that standard operating procedures, work experience and work environment affect employee performance by 65% while the rest is influenced by other factors not observed in the study.
