Abstrack
The Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services has the task of formulating and implementing policies in the field of investment as well as administering investment administration services, licensing and non-licensing in an integrated manner with the principles of coordination, integration, synchronization, simplification, security, certainty and transparency. Therefore, the Rokan downstream one-stop integrated service and investment service created an innovation for licensing and non-licensing services using the Rohil Licensing Information System (SIPRO). SIPRO is a system that is programmed in web-based licensing designed to facilitate services at the Investment Office and one-stop integrated services for downstream Rokan. The purpose of this study was to identify the application of innovation and to determine the inhibiting factors in the application of innovation in DPMPTSP Rokan Hilir. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, and data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The SIPRO innovation that has been made by the Rokan Hilir One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service can be concluded that it has not run optimally but has made the service effective and efficient. This is explained in the indicator indicators of Everett M. Rogers' theory. Knowledge stage, persuasion stage, decision-making stage, implementation stage, confirmation stage.
