Kinerja Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Agam Dalam Penanggulangan Pengangguran Di Kabupaten Agam
Abstract Employment problems are complex problems in the Agam Regency, one of them is the problem of unemployment. Unemployment must be overcome in order to achieve people's welfare. The cause of unemployment in Agam Regency is the lack of labor integration and innovation in the quality of labor resources that are not yet adequate. The Manpower Office of Agam Regency is one of the agencies that play an important role in overcoming unemployment in Agam Regency. This study aims to determine the performance of the Manpower Office of Agam Regency in overcoming unemployment in Agam Regency. The theoretical concept in this research is organizational performance by Agus Dwiyanto 2008. This research method is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study are that in implementing the performance of the Manpower Office of Agam Regency in overcoming unemployment in Agam Regency, there are still obstacles in its services such as lack of employment, lack of human resource expertise, budget, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and labor training that has not been maximized.
