ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and explain the Quality of Minimum Service Standards for Road-Based Mass Public Transport Case Studies on Trans Metro Pekanbaru City. The type used in this study is to explore and understand the meaning by a number of individuals or groups of people related to the problem of Quality of Minimum Service Standards for Road-Based Mass Public Transport Case Studies on Trans Metro Pekanbaru City with a Qualitative method. Thus it is known that the Quality of Minimum Service Standards for Road-Based Mass Public Transport Case Studies on Trans Metro Pekanbaru City is Fairly Good. As for the obstacles in the Quality of Minimum Service Standards for Road-Based Mass Public Transport Case Study on Trans Metro Pekanbaru City, among others: Constraints on the budget from the central government for the development of programs planned by the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service related to improving the quality of minimum service standards for bus stops and constraints the implementation of the Pekanbaru transmetro bus special lane because it has not received permission from the central government has resulted in the Pekanbaru transmetro bus special lane being unable to be implemented until now.
