Agile Governance Dalam Penangan Pandemi Covid-19 Oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2021

This research is motivated by the importance of agility which is much
needed in its application in public organizations to meet the needs of the
community, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic as we are still feeling at this
time. With the implementation of Agile Governance, it is hoped that it can help the
government in and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19.
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how Agile
Governance was implemented by the Kampar District Health Office in an effort to
deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative method with an
explanatory approach which aims to explain the information that researchers
have found in the field and try to find causes and reasons, so as to provide
evidence to support or explanations and predictions that have existed before, with
the process of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation.
This research was conducted at the Kampar District Health Office.
The results of the study show that the Kampar District Health Office has
implemented Agile Governance in an effort to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic
but has not fully run optimally. Where in its implementation there are still
obstacles in its implementation that occur in the field the most significant is public
distrust of Covid-19 and negative information circulating makes people even more
afraid to accept the treatment provided by health workers.
