Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Daring Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kota Bukittinggi

Rahmadi Milenio Qudri¹, Febri Yuliani² Public Administration Study Program, Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences And Politics Sciences, University of Riau, Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia ABSTRACT Covid-19 affects all community activities including education, the Bukittinggi City Government through Perwako Number 19 of 2020 Articles 6, 7, 8 concerning Restrictions on the Implementation of Learning in Schools or Educational Institutions. Learning was transferred to the online method, so that the transmission of Covid-19 could be overcome and the learning process could be continued, but the implementation of these online learning regulations caused several complaints from teachers, students and parents of students. Which of course is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of online learning policies during the pandemic in the city of Bukittinggi. This study aims to determine whether online learning policies can be implemented well in elementary and junior high schools in Bukittinggi City, and also to find out what factors influence online learning in Bukittinggi City. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and document studies, the research sources are obtained from the Bukittinggi City Education and Culture Office, teachers, elementary, junior high school students, and parents of students in Bukittinggi City.
