Analisis Daya Saing Dan Dampak Kebijakan Pemerintah Terhadap Ekspor Lobster Indonesia Ke Negara Tujuan Utama Periode 2010-2021

ABSTRACT
The aims of this research are: 1). Describe the development of the value and volume of Indonesian and Vietnamese Lobster exports to the main destination countries 2). Identify the competitiveness of Indonesian and Vietnamese Lobster to the main destination countries (3). Analyzing the impact of government policies on Indonesian Lobster exports.
The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using two analyzes, namely competitiveness analysis using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and analysis of the impact of government policies using descriptive statistics through the approach of Public Economic Theory.
The results of this study indicate that the export performance of Indonesian Lobster during the 2010-2021 period experienced large fluctuations and a decline in export value and volume as well as a shift in the dominance of the main export destination of Lobster since 2013. Meanwhile, Vietnam's Lobster export performance has experienced a very high increase since 2019 by because of the contribution of Indonesian Lobster Seeds. Based on the RCA method, it shows that during the 2010-2021 period, Indonesia has an average RCA index >1 to export destination countries including Taiwan (9.8), Hong Kong (6.5), Vietnam (3.9), China (2, 5), Australia (2.4) and three countries with RCA index 1 to export destination countries, including Australia (4.9), Thailand (2.7), Taiwan (1.7), Hong Kong (1.6), Singapore (1.3) and two countries with an RCA index
