Rubber is one of the leading agricultural commodities in Indonesia. This commodity
has long been cultivated by the community. This research was conducted in Kuantan
Singingi Regency, Riau Province as the largest rubber producing district in Riau. The
purpose of this study was to determine the production capacity of rubber for the
fulfillment of crumb rubber inputs and to determine the income of rubber farmers in
Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The
results showed that rubber farmers in Kuantan Singingi Regency fulfilled the
production capacity of Crumb Rubber, even though their production was unstable
and decreased every year. The minimum transportation costs are to PT Agrolestari
than to PT Hervenia as the destination for selling rubber and the transportation costs
obtained after taking into account other costs are IDR 13.75/kg. The average income
of rubber farmers in Kuantan Singingi Regency is IDR 9 627 000 per year, with an
average rubber selling price of IDR 9650 and an average land area of 1.46 hectares.
