Pengaruh Brand Experience Dan Product Quality Terhadap Purchase Decision Dan Customer Satisfaction Pada Laptop Merek Lenovo Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine how much influence the things that influence Purchase Decision and Customer Satisfaction on users of Lenovo Brand Laptop Products in Pekanbaru City. Primary data collected by questionnaire as an instrument and structured interviews are used as a complement in proving the research results. This study used 112 Lenovo Brand Laptop users in Pekanbaru City as respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique. With the condition that Lenovo Brand Laptop Users are at least 17 years old, and have purchased and used Lenovo Brand Laptops for at least 2 years. The method used is Explanatory Research with data analysis tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and path analysis as the flow of data testing and assisted by the SPSS version 23 application in terms of data processing.The results of this study indicate that (1) Brand experience has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision; (2) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision; (3) Purchase Decision has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; (4) Brand Experience has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decisions; (5) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Through Purchase Decisions.
