Pengaruh Information Sharing, Knowledge Sharing, Dan Trust Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Yang Dimediasi Oleh Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Pada Industri Kecil Makanan Di Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
The industrial sector is one of the businesses that is developing so rapidly, especially in the Small and Medium Industry (SMEs) sector. Small and Medium Industry (SMEs), can not be denied is one sector that plays an important role in encouraging national economic growth. However, in fact, the development of SMEs in Indonesia is inseparable from various kinds of problems. This study aims to explore the impact of information sharing, knowledge sharing, and trust on business performance in small food industries in Pekanbaru City. In addition, this study also explores the mediating role of competitive advantage between information sharing, knowledge sharing, trust and business performance. The population in this study were business actors in the small food industry in Pekanbaru City with a sample of 236 businesses calculated using the Krejcie and Morgan formula and SEM-PLS as an analytical tool. The findings of this study indicate that Information sharing has a negative and insignificant effect on competitive advantage, Trust has a significant effect on competitive advantage, Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, Information sharing has a significant effect on business performance, Trust has a positive but not significant effect on business performance. , Knowledge sharing has a positive but not significant effect on business performance, Competitive advantage has a significant effect on business performance and Competitive advantage as an intervening variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the effect of information sharing on business performance, Competitive advantage as an intervening variable has a positive and significant influence on the effect of trust on business performance, competitive advantage as an intervening variable has a positive and significant influence on the effect of knowledge sharing on performance yes effort.
