Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Non Pns Rsud Rokan Hulu
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee
motivation at Rokan Hulu Hospital on employee performance at Rokan Hulu
Hospital, work discipline of employees at Rokan Hulu Hospital on employees at
Rokan Hulu Hospital, Rokan Hulu Hospital employee work environment on
employee performance at Rokan Hulu Hospital, motivation, work discipline, and
the work environment of the employees of the Rokan Hulu Hospital
simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Rokan Hulu Hospital.
This study was conducted to examine the effect of motivation, work
discipline and work environment on the performance of nurses at Rokan Hulu
Hospital. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of
questionnaires and secondary data in the form of books and journals.
The population in this study were all nurses at the Rokan Hulu Hospital,
amounting to 83 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated
sampling technique, namely a sampling technique in which all members of the
population are selected as samples. Thus, the number of samples to be studied is
83 people with the help of SPSS.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) Motivation has a significant
effect on performance. 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on performance.
3) Personality has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 4)
Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect on
performance.
