Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Turnover Intention Karyawan Pt. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction and turnover intention at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population of study was 114 people and and the samples were 89 people, it’s based on Slovin formula. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Compensation had positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Compensation had negative and significant effect on turnover intention; 3) Job satisfaction had negative and significant effect on turnover intention; 4) Compensation had negative and significant effect on turnover intention throughwork job satisfaction.
