Pengaruh Modal Sosial Nelayan Suku Duano Terhadap Skala Usaha Perikanan Tangkap (Studi Kasus Di Desa Tanjung Pasir Kecamatan Tanah Merah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau)

Abstract
The culture of going to sea is one of the cultures attached to the fishermen of the Duano Tribe. Duano Tribe fishermen are an indigenous tribe that inhabits a remote area in Indragiri Hilir Regency, precisely in Tanjung Pasir Village, Tanah Merah District. The existence of the Duano Tribe fishing community contributes to the development of the fishery sector. The objectives of this study are analyzing the form of social capital and the scale of Duano Tribe fishermen, assessing the influence caused by the social capital of Duano Tribe fishermen in carrying out the scale of the capture fishery business. This research was conducted in February 2022 in Tanjung Pasir Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency with the number of respondents to the Duano Tribe fishermen as many as 39 fishermen. Data collection with survey techniques through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis methods and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the social capital of Duano Tribe fishermen in Tanjung Pasir Village consisted of 1) trust, 2) cooperation, and 3) participation. Each of the duano fishermen's social capital is mostly in the low category. The scale of the Duano Tribe fishermen's fishing business in this study is still in the small category and the majority of Duano Tribe fishermen are traditional fishermen. The social capital of Duano Tribe fishermen has a significant influence on the scale of the capture fisheries business that exists in the Duano Tribe fishermen in Tanjung Pasir Village.
