Pengaruh Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation (X1), Job Promotion (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) on Employee Peformance (Y) at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Pekanbaru. The population of study included all employee at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Pekanbaru, totaling 42 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling. Primary was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research. Linear regression analysis was used as methods of data analysis.
The results were: 1) Compensation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Peformance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Pekanbaru; 2) Job Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Employee Peformance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Pekanbaru; 3) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Peformance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Pekanbaru; 4) Compensation, Job Promotion, and Work Discipline simultaneously effect on Employee Peformance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Pekanbaru.
