Pengaruh Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Eria Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the Effects of Communication, Organizational Culture and Work Environment to Performance of nurses’ at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes the nurses’ at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 73 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research and secondary data was collected through observation, literature study and interview with the parties involved in this research. To test the hyphotesis in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 (Statistical Program for Social Sciences). The sampling technique that has been selected is Saturated Sample (73 Nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru).
The results show that : 1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the nurses’ at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, 2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the nurses’ at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, 3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the nurses’ at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, 4) Communication, Organization Culture and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the nurses’ at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. It was determined that the effect of Communication, Organizational Culture and Work Environment of Nurses’ Performance at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru amounted to 74,7 %. While the rest are not influenced by other variables studied.
