Pengaruh Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Mekanik Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline, and competence on employee performance of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. This study uses saturation sampling technique or the census method which the entire population is used as a research sample with a total sample of 65 people. Primary data in this study were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program. The results showed that: 1) the training variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru, 2) the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru, 3) the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. 4) the training, work discipline and competence variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru.
