Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Pengawasan, Dan Punishment Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt Suka Fajar Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, supervision, and punishment on the work discipline of employees of PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes all employees at PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru, totaling 201 people.
Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the Accidental Sampling method (133 employees at PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru).
The results showed that: 1) Job satisfaction had a significant effect on the work discipline of PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru employees, 2) Supervision had a significant effect on the work discipline of PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru employees, 3) Punishment had a significant effect on the work discipline of PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru employees.
