ABSTRACT
A food spinner is a machine that functions as a food slicer from the fluid content contained in food. The fluid in question is water or oil. This final project aims to modify the spinner machine that has been made, both from increasing the volume that can be accommodated, adding components, increasing the power of the electric motor, as well as repairing the frame which previously experienced excessive vibration, and later the modified spinner machine will help the improvement process. production results in draining oil resulting from frying food. This slicing machine has the main components, namely the frame, electric motor, shaft, reservoir tube, slicing tube, pulley, bearing and dimmer. The machine frame is made of hollow steel with a size of 30 mm x 30 mm, the slicing machine container tube is made of aluminum plate with a thickness of 0.8 mm, the drain tube uses stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm, the shaft used is a stainless steel shaft and the electric motor used is single phase with a power of 0.5 hp with a speed of 1400 rpm.
