Desain Mesin Pres Tahu Sistem Pneumatik Menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment (Qfd) Di Pabrik Wardi Tahu
ABSTRACT
In the case study at UKM, Wardi Tahu still uses a 25 kg paint bucket filled with
water as the weight. This study aims to design a pneumatic system tofu pressing
machine using the quality function deployment (QFD) method and obtain the
design characteristics of a pneumatic system tofu pressing machine as desired by
UKM Wardi Tahu. In the design of the pneumatic system tofu pressing machine,
the quality function deployment (QFD) method is used. The sample was taken
using a saturated sample method, data collection was done by interview method
and questionnaires were distributed directly to 8 respondents. The measurement
method uses a Likert scale, with validity and reliability testing. In this study
designed a pneumatic system tofu pressing machine using the Solidworks software
application. This research resulted in the development of a pneumatic system tofu
pressing machine design. There are several attributes that become the technical
capacity of the product developer, namely: tofu mold covers using perforated
plates, tofu mold covers can be removed, materials resistant to corrosion, electric
actuators, simple switching systems, hygiene, design modular, easy-to-find
components, formability and machinability. This development has a fairly high
priority. Development on the attribute that has the highest priority will
significantly encourage the fulfillment of customer satisfaction.
