Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Di Puskesmas Pangean Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on civil servants at Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in the study included all employees with the status of Civil Servants (PNS) at Pangean Health Center, which opened 55 people. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is Purposive Sampling (55 employees with civil servant status at Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed that: 1)there was a negative and significant effect of work stress on employee performance at Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency, 2) there was a significant influence. positive and significant work environment on performance at Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The amount of the influence is 52,9% while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.
