Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Dengan Pengalaman Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Dutapalma Nusantara Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
ABSTRAK
This study aims to determine The Effect of Competence and Motivation With Work Experience as a Moderating Variable on Employee Performance at PT. Dutapalma Nusantara in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study includes all employees totaling 95 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study to test the hypothesis in this study is using Multiple Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software. The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census (95 employees at PT. Dutapalma Nusantara).
The results showed that: 1) There is a significant influence between competence on employee performance at PT. Dutapalma Nusantara, 2) There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, 3) Work experience can moderate the significant influence between competence on employee performance, 4) Work experience can moderate the significant influence between motivation on employee performance.
