Pengaruh Konseling Kelompok Dengan Teknik Role Playing Untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Prososial Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Benai
Prosocial behavior is positive behavior that benefits both individuals and others and is shown through various forms of behavior such as helping, sharing, collaborating. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an effect of group counseling through role playing techniques to increase students' prosocial behavior. The research was conducted on class XI students of SMKN 1 Benai. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design model. The research subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The sample was taken as many as 7 students who had a low prosocial behavior category based on the measurement scale who would receive group counseling service treatment through role playing. The results showed that there was a difference between the level of prosocial behavior after being given group counseling with role playing techniques to increase prosocial behavior as evidenced by Asymp. .Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.018. The effect of group counseling with role playing techniques to increase prosocial behavior is 69% while the other 31% comes from factors within the individual and the environment.
