Nearly 70 percent of MSMEs in Riau have been affected by Covid 19. The large number of MSMEs affected has caused ongoing problems. Laid-off employees lead to entrepreneurial initiatives. There are significant differences between the business capital of micro, small and medium enterprises. Then whether the amount of capital will affect the success of MSMEs. With the proliferation of training and mentoring programs for MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in the city of Pekanbaru, it should have a positive impact on MSME business actors in the city of Pekanbaru.
The research was conducted in Pekanbaru with quantitative research methods. The sample is 80 and the sampling technique is probability sampling with multi-level sampling model. The analysis was carried out with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the linear relationship between two or more independent variables based on the results of the significance data of the T test and F test (simultaneous).
A result was obtained that the hypothesis of capital, training and mentoring had a significant simultaneous effect on the success of the fashion sector MSME business during the covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru. Because it obtained a significance value of 0.000
