Pengaruh Pengetahuan Dan Kemudahan Terhadap Keputusan Pengguna Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Melakukan Transaksi Non Tunai Qris (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of Knowledge and Convenience on Consumer Satisfaction through User Decisions on the People of Pekanbaru City in Conducting QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) Non-Cash Transactions. The population in this study is Pekanbaru City People who carry out Non-Cash Transactions Using QRIS with a sample size of 100 with the Non-Probability Sampling Technique. Methods with data analysis tests, instrument tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and path analysis as data testing paths as well as by the application software Statistics Product And Service Solution (SPSS version 21). The results of this study indicate that (1) Knowledge has an effect on User Decisions (2) Ease of influence but weak on User Decisions (3) User Decisions have an effect on Consumer Satisfaction (4) The direct effect of Knowledge on User Decisions is greater than the Indirect Effect of Knowledge on Decisions User and Consumer Satisfaction; (5) The direct effect of convenience on decisions is greater than the indirect effect of convenience on satisfaction.
