ABSTRACT
this study aims to determine the effect and significance of total quality management (TQM) including supply chain management, planning and development strategies, relationship management and customer satisfaction, organizational leadership, human resource management on organizational performance in manufacturing and service MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study included all manufacturing and service MSMEs in Pekanbaru City, and the samples taken amounted to 100 respondents.
Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study is to use SEM-PLS analysis with the help of the WarpPLS software program. The sampling technique that has been selected is quota sampling technique.
The results of this study show that: 1) there is a positive and insignificant influence on the construct of supply chain management, planning and development strategies, relationship management and customer satisfaction, and human resource management on organizational performance in manufacturing and service MSMEs in Pekanbaru City, 2 ) there is a positive and significant influence on organizational leadership on organizational performance in manufacturing and service MSMEs in Pekanbaru City.
