Human resources in a company require professional management in order
to create a balance between the needs of employees and the demands and
capabilities of the company's organization, and every company expects all of its
employees to work well and have high work enthusiasm, so that what is the goal
of the agency as a whole will be more easily achieved, these activities will be
easily carried out if the employee has high morale. With high morale, employees
will be more easily motivated to work well and improve performance. The
performance of employees in banking companies is assessed annually based on
the targets and realization obtained by employees. This assessment will later be
used as material for consideration for coaching, bonuses given and so on.
Decreased employee performance indicates that employees have not been able to
achieve organizational goals and this is of particular concern to the Company,
because if left unchecked it will certainly affect the survival of the Company itself.
This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on
innovative behavior. The effect of innovative behavior on employee performance.

on innovation behavior. Innovation behavior has a significant effect on employee
