ABSTRACT
Shallot is a superior horticultural commodity which is widely used, but shallot production in Riau Province is still relatively low, this is caused by fusarium wilt disease caused by the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum. This study aims to obtain the level of attack of fusarium wilt in shallot planting areas in Kandis District and Bunga Raya District, Siak Regency. Survey and observation methods in shallot planting areas in Kandis Kota Village, Kandis District and Langsat Permai Village, Bunga Raya District, Siak Regency. The results showed that the symptoms of fusarium wilt were yellowing leaves and tending to twist in the two study locations. The percentage and intensity of the attack rate of fusarium wilt in Kandis Kota Village, Kandis District is higher because it uses tubers with a soil pH of 5.05 compared to Langsat Permai Village, Bunga Raya District which has used seeds or True Shallot Seed (TSS) with a soil pH of 4 ,71.
