Alih Kode Dalam Album Jinsei X Kimi Oleh One Ok Rock

Code switching is switching code between one language to another language. Not that only occurs in conversation, but also occurs in literary works, for example song lyrics. This research was analyze to find various code switching contained in the album Jinsei x Kimi ranging from types of external code switching and intrasentential switching forms ,and intersentential. The data source used in this study was obtained from the album jinsei x Kimi by the band one ok rock. One ok rock is a band from Japan formed in 2005 with 4 members. One ok rock has more elements of code switching because on average the songs are mostly in English. The theory used for this type of code switching is according to Hymes who divides code switching into 2, namely external and internal. Meanwhile, according to Romaine, the form of code switching is inter sentential switching and according to Poplack there is intra sentential switching. The results found as many as 6 forms of inter sentential switching code switching, 5 pieces of intra sentential switching. while for the external 9 pieces.
