ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, COMPANY SIZE, AND LEVERAGE ON COMPANY VALUE
(Study on Food & Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange Period 2015 – 2019)
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Good Corporate Governance proxied on the board of commissioners, audit committee, independent commissioner, institutional ownership and managerial ownership. firm size and leverage on firm value Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies sub-sector Food and Beverage Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. The sample in the study of 16 companies were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Program. The results showed that board of commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership, firm size and leverage have an effect on firm value.while the composition of independent commissioners and institutional ownership has no effect on firm value.
