Kematangan Emosi Siswa SMP Dalam Menghadapi Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) Di SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru
The Covid 19 pandemic has resulted in changes in various aspects of life, including learning. At the beginning of the pandemic, learning was carried out online and then gradually turned into face-to-face learning (PTM). This system change makes students experiencing stress tend to have explosive emotions and sometimes it is difficult to control their emotions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of emotional maturity of students towards face-to-face learning (PTM). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study were all students of SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru. The research sample consisted of 212 students and was taken using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques by measuring aspects of self-adjustment using a linker scale questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on 30 respondents. The results of the validity test used the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique with a value of each item above 0.355 and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.729. Data analysis uses frequency distribution and percentage. The results of this study indicate that the level of emotional maturity of students is generally in the high category
