ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety, anthropometry, and work fatigue on the productivity of plant division employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Air Molek-1. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Air Molek-1 with a total of 96 people.
Primary data sources were collected by means of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from organizational documents and archives. To test the hypothesis in this study used the SPSS application. The sampling technique is to make the entire population a sample of 96 people.
The results of this study indicate that 1) Occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of plant division employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Air Molek-1, 2) Anthropometry has a positive but not significant effect on the productivity of plant division employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Air Molek-1, 3) Work fatigue has a positive but not significant effect on the productivity of plant division employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Air Molek-1, 4) Simultaneously there is an effect of occupational safety and health, anthropometry, and work fatigue on the productivity of plant division employees in PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Air Molek-1
