Abstract
This research was conducted in June 2022 at Rumbai Timur Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of fish farmer capacity, innovation materials on the performance of aquaculture businesses through information technology. The method used is a quantitative survey method by observing directly in the field and collecting data through a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 50 fish farmer who are currently receiving evaluations from fisheries counseling in Rumbai Timur Subdistrict. Data analysis techniques using the SEM method. The results of the study are fish farmer capacity does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of aquaculture business, innovation material has a positive and significant effect on the performance of aquaculture business and the influence of information technology as a mediator does not have a significant effect on business performance.
