ABSTRACT
Grammatophyllum staffeliiflorum Known as the Sendu Orchid, one type of
orchid that is hard to find and is on the verge of extinction, so its scarcity continues
to increase. Tissue culture technology is needed in the propagation of this type of
orchid. This study aims to determine the effect of concentrations of Thidiazuron
growth regulator (TDZ) with different types of basic media, namely ½ MS and ½
VW media on the growth of G.
