Pengaruh Tekanan Institusional Dan Orientasi Strategi Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bumdes Dengan Kinerja Sosial Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Empiris Pada Bumdes Di Kabupaten Pelalawan)

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study to analyze the the effect of institutional pressure and strategy orientation on bumdes financial performance with social performance as a mediation variable. This research will be conducted on BUMDes Pelalawan Regency with a population in this study of 104 BUMDes spread over 12 sub-districts. The sampling technique used in this reseach is startified random sampling technique. So the number of samples used this study was 51. The research hypothesis was tested using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the WarpPLS version 7.0 application. The result showed: institutional pressure has a significant effect on BUMDes financial performance, strategic orientation has no effect on BUMDes financial performance, institutional pressure has a significant effect on social performance, strategic orientation has a significant effect on social performance, BUMDes financial performance has a significant effect on social performance, social performance mediates the relationship between institutional pressure and BUMDes financial performance, social performance mediates the relationship between orientation strategic and BUMDes financial performance.
