ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial literacy, e- commerce, innovation, and human resources on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study is all SMEs in the trading sector in Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample in this study was 70 SMEs which were obtained based on the purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires, while the analytical method used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely the t statistical test and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, e- commerce, innovation and human resources have an effect on the performance of MSMEs.
