Analisis Bioekonomi Ikan Pantau (Rasbora Argirotaenia) Di Perairan Sungai Kampar Provinsi Riau
Abstract
This research was conducted on January 2020 at Fish Landing Place (TPI) Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, Province of Riau. The purpose of research was to analyze the level of effort, catch, and economic rent of Pantau fish under MSY, MEY and OA conditions, and analyze the optimal utilizations rate of Pantau fish in Kampar Regency Waters. The method used is a survey method with the number of respondents are 78 fishermans. This research uses time series data from 2011 to 2020. The results of the study for estimation of biological parameters using two estimation models: Fox model and CYP model, which is CYP model shows the best estimation to explain the utilization of Pantau fish.The results of bioeconomics analysis with the Clarke, Yoshimoto, and Pooley (CYP) model obtained the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) of Pantau fish is 437.47 tons/year and Effort Maximum Sustainable Yield (EMSY) is 1,266.97 trips/year. The Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) of Pantau fish is 704.67 tons/year and Effort Maximum Economic Yield (EMEY) is 1,181.50 trips/year. While the average actual production of Pantau fish is 1,020.15 tons/year and the average actual effort is 37,809.24 trips/year. The economic rent of Pantau fish resources in the Kampar River under the conditions of Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) was obtained at Rp 36,278,681,080.89 which is the maximum economic rent. In the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) condition, the utilization of Pantau fish resources amounted to Rp 36,088,838,199.01 and the value of economic rent in the OA condition was zero rupiah. The sustainability status of Pantau fish resources in the Kampar River Waters is in the overfishing category with a utilization percentage of 144.11%
