ABSTRACT
UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) as one of the International Non-Governmental Organizations working in the field of child protection. UNICEF is an international organization of countries as one of the instruments in the structure of the United Nations concerned with the problems of child protection and rights in the world. The province of NTT has the highest percentage of stunting cases in Indonesia, making NTT the focus of the Indonesian government in dealing with stunting. UNICEF as an international organization that deals with child problems in the world also collaborates with the province of NTT to deal with stunting problems, one of which is through the 2015-2018 Integrated Malnutrition Management program. So this paper will describe the role and efforts of UNICEF in dealing with stunting problems. in children in NTT through the 2015-2018 Integrated Malnutrition Management program.
This research uses the perspective of Pluralism which believes that the state is not the only actor in International Relations and is guided by the theory of International Organizations which explains that International Organizations have an important role in the international world. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques reports through the official website www.unicef.org and library research from several journals, books and theses.
This research shows the collaboration and role played by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Indonesia in dealing with stunted in 2015-2018. The cooperation and role carried out by UNICEF is by providing assistance to Indonesian children who experience malnutrition and stunting, especially in East Nusa Tenggara Province with the highest stunting cases in Indonesia.
