ABSTRACT
The issue of non-traditional security is an issue highlighted after the Cold
War, one of the issues included in non-traditional security threats, namely
terrorism. The issue of terrorism has become a real threat to the state and society
and also has been widely discussed after the bombing of the WTC building in the
United States on September 11, 2001. Then, the Southeast Asian region became
one of the areas prone to the issue of terrorism. The purpose of this research is to
find out the implementation of ACCT in Indonesia.
This study uses the theory of Barry Buzan and Ole Waever, namely
regional security complex theory in describing the topic of the problem and uses a
descriptive qualitative research method by obtaining data from books, journals,
articles, official documents and various related literature.
The results of the study showed that the ratification of ACCT in Indonesia
is contained in Law no. 5 of 2012 and the implementation of ACCT in Indonesia,
namely by carrying out deradicalization, counter-radicalization programs,
exchange of intelligence information and capacity building training. These efforts
were made in order to deal with the problem of terrorism.
