Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi, Kerugian Personal, Dan Status Pelanggar Terhadap Whisthleblowing Intention Dengan Pemberian Reward Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational
support, personal loss, and offender status on whistleblowing intention, with
reward provision as a moderating variable.
The population in this study consists of civil servants (ASN) in the
Provincial Government of Riau, totaling 14,617 individuals. A total of 325
respondents were invited to complete the questionnaire distributed through Google
Form. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, which is a non-random
sampling technique where the researcher selects specific characteristics relevant
to the research objectives in order to provide answers to the research questions.
The data analysis technique employed in this study is the Structural Equation Model
- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) model.
The research findings indicate that there is an influence of organizational
support and offender status on whistleblowing intention. Furthermore, it was also
found that there is an influence of organizational support on whistleblowing
intention with reward provision as a moderating variable. However, no significant
influence of personal loss on whistleblowing intention was found with reward
provision as a moderating variable. This suggests that whistleblowing intention will
increase with the presence of organizational support and avoidable personal loss.
