Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Pendekatan Reality Therapy Terhadap Penyesuaian Diri Aspek Kematangan Intelektual Siswa Yang Gemar Menonton Drama Korea
Adjustment is a natural and dynamic process that aims to change individual behavior so that relationships occur that are more in line with environmental conditions. An individual, especially a teenager, is required to be able to adjust himself to any circumstances that exist around his life. There are those who experience difficulties in dealing with adjustments and there are those who are able to deal with adjustments to themselves.
The study, entitled "The Effect of Group Guidance Using the Reality Therapy Approach on Self-Adjustment to the Intellectual Maturity Aspects of Students Who Enjoy Watching Korean Dramas", aims to determine whether group guidance services using the reality therapy approach affect self-adjustment in aspects of intellectual maturity of students who like watching Korean dramas.
This research is a quantitative research with the type of experimental research. The subjects of this study consisted of 10 students who had a very low level of self-adjustment in the aspect of student intellectual maturity. The data collection was carried out through the distribution of pretest and posttest about self-adjustment aspects of intellectual maturity of students who like to watch Korean dramas which were then analyzed using a test with the help of SPSS version 25.
Based on the calculation results above, it can be concluded that group counseling with the reality therapy approach has an effect of 79.6% on the adjustment of the intellectual maturity aspects of students who like watching Korean dramas for the experimental group.
