ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of accountability, transparency, community participation, and village apparatus competency on the management of village funds in the villages of Karimun Regency. The research was conducted in all villages in Karimun Regency. Primary data sources were used for this study, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 2.0 with descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to test classical assumptions, the data analysis model, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that accountability, transparency, and village apparatus competency have an influence on the management of village funds. However, community participation does not have an influence on the management of village funds.
