Koto Mesjid Village which is one of the tourist villages in Riau Province has a positive impact on the economy of the local community which has one of the natural attractions of Gagak River. In addition to being used as a tourist attraction, Gagak River is also one of the rivers that is used as a water reserve and is one of the sources of water for the community. However, it is currently known that the natural attractions of Gagak River have experienced a decrease in the number of tourist visits and the condition of damaged infrastructure. To maintain the sustainability of this nature tourism, sustainable management is needed from both ecological, economic and social aspects. So that it can be useful for the present and the future. In an effort to maintain the function of Gagak River and the sustainability of its natural tourism, the right strategy is needed in sustainable tourism management. So that research is carried out which aims to analyze existing conditions, analyze and measure the sustainability index and formulate a sustainable management strategy for natural tourism of Sungai Gagak in Kampar Regency.

Primary data presented comes from the results of questionnaires, interviews and direct observations in the field such as water quality measurement data, descriptive analysis and MDS analysis using Rap-Fish which is modified into Rap-Tourism. Analysis of water quality measurements to determine the condition of the water quality of the Gagak River, descriptive analysis to describe the subject and or object of research according to facts in the field. MDS analysis using Rap-Tourism is used to produce a sustainable management strategy for natural tourism of Gagak River by paying attention to each lever attribute.
The results of this study indicate that ecological conditions are still in good condition and very sustainable with a value of 85.46 with the leverage attributes of environmental preservation efforts in Gagak River nature tourism, water quality, ecosystem conditions around the river, dangerous river biota, rare fauna species, and river type. Economic conditions are less good and less sustainable with a value of 34.53 with leverage attributes of employment, area accessibility, supporting tourism potential, income of the management, utilization of water sources by the community, and availability of funds for infrastructure maintenance. As well as social conditions that are classified in the category of quite good and quite sustainable with a value of 74.17 with lever attributes of institutional or organizational management, local wisdom, manager education level, relationship patterns, management conflicts, stakeholder commitment and rules in the area. The sustainability value of the three dimensions is 61.39 which is classified as moderately sustainable.
