ABSTRACT
CV. Rumah Tamadun is an MSME business unit engaged in handicrafts. This study aims to describe the CV strategy. Tamadun House in the process of internationalization. This study also describes the implementation of factors related to the CV. Rumah Tamadun internationalization process.
This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through primary data collection sourced from field research and through secondary data collection through literature studies sourced from several books, journals, articles, websites and using the concept of Penta Helix and Internationalization theory.
The result of this paper is that CV. Rumah Tamadun has a strategy for the internationalization process, namely 4G (Go-Online, Go-Digital, Go-Network, and Go-Packaging). As well as indicating that the process of internationalization of CV. Rumah Tamadun was accompanied by the Office of Trade, Industry, Cooperatives and SMEs of Riau Province. Internationalization of products CV. Rumah Tamadun in America is marketed through KEREIN Production and e-commerce. The concept of Penta Helix and its implementation on the internationalization process of CV. Rumah Tamadun is a combination of elements of Academia (Conceptor), Business Player (Enabler), Community (Accelerator), Media (Expander). Government (Regulator). The use of the Penta Helix concept towards the internationalization process is correlative to the strategy CV. Rumah Tamadun in the internationalization of palm stick bag products in the United States
