Pengaruh Kompetensi Sdm (Sumber Daya Manusia), Digital Marketing, Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Umkm (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) Di Kabupaten Bengkalis
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence (HR), digital marketing and organizational commitment on the performance of SMEs in the district. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study are MSME actors in the Bengkalis Regency area. There were 216 samples in this study. Data analysis was performed using the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using multiple regression methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that human resource competence (HR), organizational commitment and organizational commitment affect the performance of MSMEs in Bengkalis Regency.
