Pengaruh Profesionalisme, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Independensi Dan Pemahaman Good Governance Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Internal Pemerintah (Studi Pada Inspektorat Provinsi Riau)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and test the factors that affect the performance of the Government’s Internal Auditor. The factor tested in this study were Profesionalism, Leadership Style, Independence and Understanding of Good Governance. The data source used in this research is primary data and data collection is done directly using a questionnare which is measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all internal auditors at the Inspectorate of Riau Province, amounting to 50 people. The total sample of this study was 50 respondents which consisted of middle auditors, young auditors, first auditors, advanced executing auditors and executing auditor using the sampling technique, namely the census. The reason for the use of a census was because the elements of the population were relatively small. Multiple linear regression processed with the help of SPPS program version 23. The result of this study indicated that Professionalism, Leadership Style, Independence and the Understanding of Good Governance have a significant effect on the Performance of Government Internal Auditors.
