Pengaruh Motivasi, Inovasi, Dan Kreativitas Terhadap Daya Saing Pelaku Umkm Perempuan Dengan Pembelajaran Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Survey Pada Industri Kue Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, innovation, and creativity on the competitiveness of women MSMEs with learning as a moderation variable survey on the cake industry in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is cake industry of women MSMEs in Pekanbaru City which amounts to 500 businessmen. The number of samples in this study amounted to 50 businessmen based on predetermined criteria. The sampling technique in this study used the Purposive Sampling method. This research data analysis method uses SPSS Version 24. The results showed that there was no effect of motivation on competitiveness. Innovation affect on competitiveness. Creativity has no effect on competitiveness. Learning has not been able to moderate the effect of motivation on competitiveness. Learning reinforces the effect of innovation on competitiveness. Learning has not been able to moderate the effect of creativity on competitiveness.
