Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Locus Of Control Dan Entrepreneurial Orientation Terhadap Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) (Studi Empiris Pada Bumdes Di Kabupaten Kampar)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence,
locus of control and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of village
owned enterprises (Empirical study on village owned enterprises in Kampar
Regency). The population in this study are village owned enterpirses located in
Kampar Regency. The samples in this study amounted to 70 village onwned
enterprises in Kampar Regency. The sampling used in this study used a simple
random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is
descriptive statistical analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for
Social Science) software. The results of the research showed that the human
resource competency variable has an effect on the performance of village owned
enterprises with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The locus of control affects
the performance of village owned enterprises with a significant value of 0.030 <
0.05. Entrepreneurial orientation affects the performance of village owned
enterprises with a significant value of 0.012 < 0.05.
