ABSTRACT
The study was carried out in PT.Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to know the impact of competence and work environment on the productivity of labor in the new project. Job competence and work environment as independent variables (X) while productivity works asa dependent variable (Y). The problem with this research is worker productivity who experiences fluctuating Numbers. This study sample was taken out of 92 respondents of 120 populations who were counted using the slovin formula. Data obtained from questionnaires spread using a simple random sampling technique and were subsequently treated for more statistics through SPSS 25. The results of the tests indicate that job competence affects positive and significant the productivity of the work, where thitung = 13,749 > ttable 1,987 and sig 0,000 0.05, the work environment next affects positive and significant the work productivity, where thitung = 13,461 > ttable 1,987 and sig 0,000 < 0.05, As well as occupational and occupational competence for worker productivity, where the value of ftable (148,824) > ftable (3.10), and its significance value (0,000) < 0.05.
