Implementasi Japan-Rok Agreement On Comfort Women 2015 – 2022

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of an agreement. This agreement was made to resolve historical comflict that had an impact on bilateral relations between Japan and South Korea. The Historical conflict occurred because during the Japanese occupation of South Korea, South Korean women were forced to become comfort women or sexual slaves in Indonesian also known as comfort women internationally.
This research is analyzed using qualitative methods with library data collection techniques or known as library research. Using the theory of international cooperation by K. J Holsti, said that the existence of a collaboration is formed from the existence of interests to be achieved through a meeting, promoted. In this theory the aim of each country is for bilateral realtions which had been tenuous due to the problem of comfort women to get a solution. The Agreement on Comfort Women is a way to achieve god bilateral relations.
From the result of the analysis in this research, it can be concluded that implementation of Japan-ROK Agreement on Comfort Women signed by Japan and South Korea was successfully implemented entirely by Japan but not by South Korea because there was a government policy at that time.
